A Sunny Start: Our First Fundraising Market Day

Under the blazing summer sun, our club kicked off its first event: a bustling market day at the Helensville Santa Parade & Christmas Market on 15 December 2024! The heat was intense, but we persevered through. Our stall was full of products, with all sorts of handmade STEAM products on display. From night lights to festive 3D printed stockings with lights and handmade flowers, we had something for everyone.

The highlight of the day undoubtedly came when Santa Claus himself made a surprise visit! Seeing the joy on everyone’s faces as they posed for pictures with the jolly old man was truly heartwarming.

This market day was more than just a sales event; it was a testament to our club’s dedication, teamwork, and community spirit. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who supported us, and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for our club.
